I judge you by your actions and your words, which repeatedly cast you in a bad Light even without Her interference. Did Hydaelyn send you to in one breath insist on some manner of cooperation and the next slide to mockery? Does even now, She compel you to see only the worst, or is it merely because that's what you expect and then work to cause the expectation to happen?
These past weeks I have wondered at it, as there has been plenty of time to do so. How you can insist I should provide you the benefit of hearing you out, or seeing you as less than an enemy, and then your actions and words only continue to prove you incapable of extending me the same. Even when I warn you that you are being played the fool by a liar and a thief, so that you may not fall prey to the same tricks that have led to suffering before.
You have shown me who you are, Warrior of Light, and I would be remiss to disregard it.
[Recently, there have been so many instances of "we should work to understand them better," only for the story to end in another Ascian's death. Now all three of them are gone, and there is no more understanding than when she first dealt with one on the Source so many moons ago.
